I can tell you that I've rode police Harleys at work since 2002, and the only time I've had a problem is once with our 2002 Road Kings, where in a high speed turn the bike's rear end started to go, and it transferred to the front wheel wobble. It was a very scary feeling. We had pole mounted rear strobe lights, and found that alot of agency's were having similiar problems when using the pole lights. We removed them, and have never had any other problems.

I find it very hard to believe that guy was only going 25mph. High speed wobble maybe...

Now they're just like an ST.:D

You mean...*gasp*...Harleys handle poorly???

Have to agree about the speed...even wearing shorts and a tank top, it sounds like a lot of injuries for 25 mph.

First video link is no longer available.

The youtube video looks more like a incorrectly set tire pressure, rear suspension problem. The wobble is only happening at lean rather than the more common high speed straight line wobble.

The FL hula was reported diminished with the new frame that debuted in 2009 models.

Weave or no weave, that looks like a cumbersome machine to try to turn through the corners. I don't think I'd be heading to Deal's Gap on it anytime soon.

It looks like there's about a milimeter more clearance before hard parts start dragging.

Now I remember why I bought a Sport touring motorcycle.

I rode a KZ1000 Police bike in the late 70's early 80's and when pushed in a turn, it did the same thing but much worse than the HD shown. Turned out the frame was flexing quite a bit and we quit riding them very shortly after.
