Where is the best place to purchase a fuse accessory block?

The Centech AP-1 seems to be the easiest to use and smallest panel for up to 8 additional power connections. There are many sources and they are available at a range of prices - search Centech ... This site has good information, but I have seen them for less money.

Blue Sea makes a 6 and 12 connection block as well. It seems to work best being located back in the tail section. Do an online search and you'll find several boat/marine outlets that carry them.

I have an Power Plate (with relay for switched power) from iElectrical Connection in the tail section of my bike. I have the EC Universal Ground under the seat near the gas tank. My only gripe about the Powerplate is that I think it should have a nice cover to protect the terminals from moisture. I don't think it will EVER present any problems but it would be better to have the cover. I have a Centech Unit at the front of the bike mounted inside the right inner fairing and it is run to one of the switched connectors on the Quartet Harness. The Centech AP-1 is totally rugged but does NOT come with a relay for switched power. There is NO shortage of accommodations for electrical accessories front or rear on my bike.

You can buy a Blue Sea Fuse Block at West Marine for a fairly low price. I bought one then sold it, and decided on the Centech after talking to KrazyKZ. I think Centech offers a Switched unit but I could be wrong. I'm very happy with the Centech as well as the EC Powerplate and Universal Ground. You could use two Centech units but getting "switched" power to the rear might be a challenge without a relay. That's why I went with the EC in the back.
