Glad to hear you and the Missus are home safe and recovering. I'm home safe and sound. Adjusting my diet to one containing less liquids will be difficult. Not to worry about the photos, nothing could top Trojan Man!!!:bow1: :bow1:
Remember: What happens at NESTOC stays in NESTOC.:bsflag: :crackup :crackup :crackup
Photos to come, but mine are probably boring compared to those taken by others.- john

Both home safe and sound. Followed Carl and Dawn to their place and then home by 4:30.
Almost a dry ride. We even got to do the "goat trail" on the way back. Sure is a loooong way down without a guard rail.

Back home safe and sound. Eddie Mack and I rode 10 up to 8 to Speculator, down 30 to 29 to Saratoga Springs, then down 22 to 2 (!!!) to Greenfield. (Zzzzzing!) And the best part: no rain!
More later.

Home safe and sound after another enjoyable weekend with the guys and gals of NESTOC. Thanks for a wonderful time. We only saw rain for the first two hours on the way home then a couple of isolated showers. Actually had sunshine by the time we made it home. Looking forward to the pictures, I think.

Thanks for the Mamories guys! It will be hard to top the past several days of riding and friendship. Totaled 1006 miles and loved every minute of it. Don't worry about pictures like this... I will refrain from posting them. ... >>>> just added some pictures in the gallery section.... enjoy! <<<<

Home safe and sound after a good weekend of riding and far better weekend of excellent friends. Dawn and I had to quick zip on over to her brother’s birthday party, we were in around 4PM with just a few spritzers along the way Sunday.
Dawn wanted me to thank everyone for making her feel a complete and true part of the riding brother/sisterhood. We had such an amazingly good time, and one that went far beyond normal expectations of having good fun with you all.
A big thank you to Eddie and Bones for wanting to continue the Aqua STOC tradition on, of riding over the Ocean floor Saturday, even when Howe’s Caverns was flooded to a standstill and closed. Also a very special super thank you to Dawn for wheedling me into going out Saturday with the three of them, even when I wanted to bail because I couldn’t see much of anything. The shield cleared up a ways south and the days riding was primo!
Good riding Buds (as always), and a unique feel and atmosphere (no pun intended) to the day that one would never otherwise see. The vertical clouds hanging in the mountains put the coolest look to the landscape and one I’ve not really seen often enough. That hugely swollen waterfall which Bones felt shaking the road was a very cool stop. The picture of Eddie taken in his “that’s some bad hat Harry” by that sign at the falls, is just too rich for words.
As good as the days riding was, it could not beat the warm welcome we got on our return to the Motel Sat. evening. You guys and gals are the best.
Dawn says she has come back a far better rider, with a ton of newfound confidence that she can learn to do what needs doing with the bike. All of you who rode with us any part of the weekend have a big part in that.
Due to a road closure, Billy and Danielle have done the “Goat Trail” two up … GOING DOWN now (Steve’s gonna hate youse, I still haven’t taken him up there)! Thank you so much guys for accompanying us back home, cool ride, cooler people to ride with! Hey Billy… have Danielle’s eyeballs returned to her sockets yet? They were bulging out pretty good there after the ride down.
All the photos had me rolling when I saw them on the small camera LCD displays, I can’t wait to see them up on the computer screen.
STeve’s got some real photo goodies! However he’s fortunate enough to have a week off for riding in NH,VT, MN this week (I hope the weather forecasts are wrong). So, he may not be able to post for a week.
Bill I love the animation, Some of those have some great facial expressions, so post the individuals larger so we can take a good look!
Thank you again guys for making what could have been a crappy weekend, an experience of fun that Dawn and I will always remember.

Very nice picture John, we were represented this year, I'll be looking at how many signatures we got come the next STOC I'm at.
Now for some pictures that are certain to offend.... (in good fun).
It was pouring down so hard we were going to bag riding at all. The decision was made to take a dry walk in the big hole in the ground (Howe’s Caverns)and then we found this...

Dawn, Eddie, Bones, and I dove into the Ocean with our bikes. We passed a waterfall that was overflowing so strongly Bones felt it shake the road as we drove by, so we stopped and took a hike in the dark green deep woods/water to find it.
It was dark, cold, wet and isolated (well... except for the couple who told us that it was a short walk:D )
Suddenly a ghostly figure with his sign began to take form out of the mists...
We found the falls, but my photos just don't begin to relay them.

We continued on our ride South hoping to find land... Nearing the turn to the Schohari Reservoir it was rest time.

Eddie that shot of your legs is horribly wrong on every level imaginable... I thought I was just bad with the legs I gave poor Bones.
Speaking of Bones... man I had no idea you were in real tight with Donny Osmond !

I got home Tuesday afternoon about 2:15 - juST over 4,300 miles total for the trip. It was great to attend my third NeSTOC and to see some old friends and make some new ones!!
I see a pattern...... Om my firST and this NeSTOC, I rode solo and got rained on both directions and during the event. On the second NeSTOC, I had a pillion (my sis-in-law) and we never hit one drop of rain. Same thing laST year for EaSTOC when my wife rode pillion - no rain. :bow1:
I need to bring one of 'em with me next year for a "DrySTOC"!!!! :D

Wow Rod, that's a heck of a ride you had there. DEFINITELY bring a passenger next time. I'm tired of dodging raindrops, It's making me remember Fort Lewis WA and the Mt. Rainier Rain Forest a little too much lately.
