I recently went looking online for some plastic parts that the local dealer didn't stock. I ended up ordering from Service Honda because their prices looked good. The total on the order was $130, and they said I was saving $47, but their shipping and handling was $37! So, counting the saved sales tax, I saved about $23, and I went ahead and gave them the business. All parts came in 1 week (ordered Tuesday, arrived Tuesday) - in one huge box - must've had a seat in it before - probably weighed more than the contents.
Well, next time I'll ask about shipping first, but at least it was fast and correct.
