Day trips from Texarkana

I'm going to be in Texarkana next weekend (June 17-18) and am looking for some fun day trips to take. Preference is for the twistiest roads with as much elevation change as possible. I've ridden through the Ozarks's before, but my recollection is that the best mountain riding is pretty far north in the state. I'm looking to do between 300-400 miles on Saturday and 200-250 on Sunday.

Anybody have some favorite roads they'd like to recommend?

N to Talihina Byway....I'll post up a route. Basicly N on 71, W 70, N 59 to Mena, AR....then do the byway. Back to Texarkana is more complicated (and fun. I'll try to get to it tonight....R/T this is about 310 miles.
