He makes no allowance whatsoever for the unexpected and that just goes to show what a brainless fool he is. Whoever that rider is and wherever he is riding, he won't be riding that way for long. If he wants to put himself at risk on some desolated highway, that's his choice, but in heavy traffic and rainy weather, what a squid.
