My SS1000 Begins at 1 AM!

Well looks like I am taking the plunge.....

Departing home at 1:00 AM, headed towards Indianapolis, down towards Louisville, then on towards Nashville and my destination Murfreesboro, where I will stop and gas, get a bite to eat, and then head back towards home.

Should be to Murfreesboro around 8:30-9:30 AM, if anyone is in the area.

Also, if anyone who has done one of these see a problem with my routing or any other issue, please let me know.

Weather looks perfect this weekend. Hard to pass it up. High pressure stalled out with really low humidity. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Jeff: Why on earth are you leaving at 1:00 AM! I would like to say that our paths might cross, but with you leaving so early, I don't think we will see eachother. I'm gonna go on another SS1000 tomorrow with a couple of other guys, then continue on a BB1500.

That way I can get back home in time to hobble/gimp my way to dinner with my wife! But seriously folks, its so I can avoid driving home in the wee hours and being tired. Going to bed now leaving at 1 AM and getting home around 5 PM if all goes well.

Nearly full moon tonight will help me spot furry critters and then I get home during daylight. I'll only have few hours of darkness on my ride this way.
