I got this a few weeks ago and have used it several times and I really like .
Pros:
Very light and easy to pack when completely dry.
Only takes 1-3 minutes of soaking to completely saturate.
Works very well under a mesh jacket.
Gives the feeling of 10-20 degrees cooler than ambient temperature.
Cooling effect lasts 2-3 hours before 'recharging' required with cold water.
Have used in temps as high as 100 degrees.
Cons:
Takes up to 2 days to completely dryout.
Away after initial use requires careful packing since it will stay wet.
