Ok,,, I was loading some pictures on here and had some I wanted to put in "My Garage'... That,,, I got done fine...

THEN,,, I wanted to load some pictures from the Blue Ridge Parkway trip and wanted,,, to put them into my "Members Category"...

I Clicked on Members Category...

I Clicked on my name...

I loaded up the pictures...

But THEN,,, it asked me to "Please chose a Category"...

Well,,, uuummm,,, uuuhh,,, it only had 1,,, repeat,,, 1 option,,, putting them in my Garage... :(

How did I get all those other pictures loaded in my Members Category before???

Can I switch pictures from the Garage to my Member Category easy???

Nah... you aren't an idiot.. the gallery just isn't as intuitive as it should be... I'm not crazy about it and I'm planning on upgrading it soon which might help..

For now though... you only have one category because you never created any for yourself.. just the general Member Categories area which every site supporter has access to ...

So, there is a 'My Stuff' drop down at the top of the gallery area, click that and you'll be able to add a category via the Category Admin link... Once you add one.. you'll be able to choose from the 'choose category' drop down when you are uploading pics.

Ok,,, I THINK,,, I am,,, S L O W L Y,,, figuring it out...:o:

"IF",,, you load up pictures in your Garage,,, and THEN,,, want to load pictures into your Members area,,, it looks like you first MUST,,, click out of the ST-Owners site completely as,,, it will ONLY,,, let you load pictures to the Garage,,, if you have already loaded pictures to the garage...

So,,, Recap...

NEVER,,, EVER,,, do ANYTHING,,, like I do,,, and you will be fine... :)

It should always allow you to load the pics anywhere you have the authority to... so your garage and your member categories should always be an option...

Also, if you have garage pics you want moved I might be able to move them faster with the admin panels than you can one at a time so just let me know.

Thanks for the offer Mellow!!! But,,, as,,, YOU,,, know,,, I am,,, an idiot and I already loaded the pictures,,, into the correct spots,,, with the correct headings,,, in the Members area...

But,,, NOW,,, I have a BUNCH,,, of pictures,,, loaded in my Garage,,, that I need to delete as they are duplicates,,, of the ones I just reposted... Yeah,,, I know,,, I make Einstein look stupid I am so smart... :rolleyes:

So,,, how do you "Delete" pictures from your Garage or where ever???

Having to,,, every,,, single,,, picture,,, click on it,,, to delete it,,, is not fun... ;)
