Question About Sahara Vest

I have Sahara Cooling Vest and a girlfriend put the vest in the washer and dryer !...Is it sTill operational? I know some vests have chemicals or crystals in them.

The Sahara has the 'chemicals' worked into the threads themselves. I haven't done that, but I think it'll be ok...

I have worn my vest (Mira Cool) nearly dry on a 115 day...I can't imagine that my dryer puts out a great deal more heat;) On the other hand, it seems my pants waists shrink rather regularly. Maybe the dryer is hotter than I think.
