Looks real good Jdog. Very very smooth! My only suggestion, and I am no video expert mind you, is to do more cutting between shots; makes it more dynamic. Love the rear view! Tell us more about your setup. What kind of camera(s), etc? I would love a setup like that!

jdog,

Nice videos. I was out in the garage cutting a hole in my windscreen for a new video camcorder ball mount. Took a break and seen your post. I have similar setup using a Canon main camera dash high view to the front. A helmet cam mounted on the top of the rear fairing, a bullet cam helmet mounted, and an addirional bullet cam for mounting various places including a subject bike. I run them all simultaneousily with three camcorders. Then I cut and mix the clips on the PC. Great for doing picture-in-picture or slip screen. I can show it coming and going and pilot from the dash for an interesting mix.

You have a good music mix on your video. Want to share your mounting systems and switching system. Are you using the bullet cam dual camera switch?

Nice road. I think I've ridden that particular goat path a couple times, looks familiar.

Anyway, I liked your videos but have a couple of suggestions; I liked the high front shots best but there wasn't much of that. The rear shots were ok but tended to be a bit overused. Too much of it makes the stomach queasy. (I know, it was a TEST run). I'd prolly like a lot less of the rear shots.

The low shots were ruined mostly for me by the omniscent presence of the fork, or whatever that was, with its blinking light. If you could reposition the camera to have a clear road shot it would really improve it, IMO. The constantly blinking light was really distracting.

The music? Well, each to their own I guess. I do have a volume off switch.

Thanks for your work, I like this kind of thing!

Sorry about the Blinking light.. Very bright and sunny day and i dont have blinkers that shut off......RIDER ERROR.... Hwy 229 is west of Atascadero,Ca

I will post pictures this weekend of the set up when i finsh it.. I scraped my first switch box.. Bad conectors, to much vibration for the style. But I have a new one almost done. It will have direct 12V power to cam's, and able to run (4) Bullet cam's off it.

My set up is Canon zr300 mounted between bars on a stem mout , by Techmount. from there, I have 4 bullet cam's as of today.. 2 are from Bulletcam.com. 480 lines package.. that one is the rear Cam shown in this video... The orther 2 bullet cam's are from ebay.. 119.00 ea they are a 480 line cam. Much nicer swival mounts, Better mic system, But i notice they pull in alot of light, as seen on video that cam was the one mounted on the frame slider.. Sorry Don i kind off like the low angle myself. Looks 10 times fast then i was really going... But i can see how it would make you fell a little quizzy... But then again im a pilot i love that feeling. Just wish i could feel the g's when watching this video..

Anyways thank for the comments Take Care

I knew that ride looked familiar. We rode it last fall at WeSTOC X. Great road!

Thanks!
