Does anyone know of a regular perspective mirror I can get? I have difficulty figuring out how close something is in the stock mirrors. I'd like to add a second pair of mirrors that doesn't manipulate the image.

Or, do I need to see a mirror person and have the stock mirrors replaced, at least on one side?

Thanks, Mark

I just received my Multivex mirrors today. I will install them this evening. I am a bit leary of the double-sided tape used to affix them to the existing mirrors, but I will give them a try. The stock mirrors are ok, but I wanted something that will give me a little more vision along the sides of the bike.

hobo57: I work at a glass shop and we have flat mirror that we use to replace drivers side mirrors on cars. If you want I can see how it will fit on the stock housing.

I won't be at the shop untill monday. Will let you know.

I would seriously urge you to get used to the stock mirrors rather than replacing them with flat glass. I've ridden bikes (years ago) with flat mirrors and the field of view is so limited I think it creates a real danger.

Give them more time--every motorcycle I'm award of has convex mirrors as standard, so I think you can get used to them.
