Here are some photos, they are captioned in order

Had a week camping with the family and got out a few days with the SV to check out NY Adirondack and VT roads. I did more riding than photo taking but got at least some pics.

On the way back to the campsite I also got an instant flat on the rear (in VT) from a puncture right through the steel belt, lots of wiggles until I got it stopped. $300 later after a tow job near closing time, by a very helpful dealership (I'll post the name later when I get to my wallet), a new Metzler M-3 was on the rear and off I went again. My tire plug kit was at the campsite due to a flooded tank bag dry out, and the compressor was home. The towns were about 5 buildings big with the feed store being the main one.

I included some photos of an island we picnicked on since they really show the Adirondack landscape. I was too busy riding to take photos on the Adirondack day ride.

You sure have beautiful scenery down there...Nice pics.
Sorry to hear about the tire and glad it was only the tire and you got her stopped without incident.
See you at CT SToc and we will share stories about bike trips.

Spent a couple of days in the Adirondacks last August and had rain the entire time. I would love to see the area in the sunshine, so I think I'm going to try again in September. :biker:

Yeah guys, it was a great time!

Caper we rode the Dacks this may in a real deluge. It still was fun, but the scenery is finer in the sun. It’s some great country to be out on a bike in.

Hey John, you got that Garage cleaned out for a 650 yet? :)

That's my favorite time of year without question. We'll be visiting Greg for fall this year in NH and VT for NNESTOC to do some riding.
