No editing, no titles, no music. Turn down your sound unless you like to listen to WIND noise. Shakey, half of my butt in the pic and all in all, a real bad video. However there is one close encounter with a wild animal 3:45 into the video! It was 347 megs so I am going to edit it and post it again.
 please stand by.
It is still 24 megs... BTW, this was shot using a Gorilla Pod with a Sony W70 set on 640x480 standard and now reduced to 480x???

This was shot somewhere in VT, heading south on 5.
If there is an outcry :clap2: for the rest of the video, I will post it.

what was that? I kept waiting to see a bear, or a kangaroo, or something. That was just a speedbump!

That was a completly wild squirrel that lunged across the road without regard for my safety! I heard it growling and it gave me a scarey look when it got to the median.

Fancy peeping at a squirrel that was looking for his 'Nuts' LOL
Not a bad piece of video, but obviously, you are not getting the full impact from the camera position. Try moving the camera towards the front of the bike. If you are using a bullet type camera, a good place is to mount it under the left mirror pod with industrial velcro.
I have tried different camera positions, and I am not into having 3 cameras on the bike, one will do for what I want, and that is training purposes. But, with the camera under the left mirror, I have found a good wide angle for the lense, nice sensation as you lean the bike over, particularly on a left hand bend and the camera stays firm and not a lot of bounce on the recorded film.
I have also done a helmet camera mount and the mirror mount knocks that into fits. So if you can, think about moving the camera forward to get the view.
If you want to go another step further. If you have an Autocom system on the bike, you can get a lead that flips into the passenger connection and feeds into your video recorder. That will cut out all noise completely until you speak, so you can have 'Silent Movies' if you wish LOL
I have a number of clips but all are above 300 meg and would take a lot of editing to be able to get a show onto YouTube or wherever so you can view them. Maybe when I can get some time, I can do it.
My opinion, well done, just need to alter the camera more so you have a more frontal view.

I forgot to explain the camera POV. That gorilla pod (http://www.joby.com/gallery.html)does not attach to anything near the front of the bike. The bars are to far apart and there is nothing else. I even got the extra hole when I ordered the Heli risers but did not get the mount... The ONLY place I could find was wrapped around the handle of the case. I thought about mounting it to my helmet, around the lower part with the face shield open but that seemed crazy, even for me. I first tied the camera strap to the bungee I had on the luggage rack since I didn't trust the GP. I wish I could have use the mount dead center of the bars, but at the time I ordered the Heli's I didn't know what height I would need. Now, I am not sure which type will work!
I am dying to get some steady, QUIET video and set it to some music with real time sounds still in the BG. Maybe I will figure out the mount some day.

100MPG,
Whilst as fascinating as it may be, the continuous external view of your left kidney at speed leaves something to be desired.
Seriously, though, I think you need to reposition your camera. See jdog's great video at:

In particular, observe the mounting of his forward camera just below the headlight assy. Seems to work very well. I am considering a multicamera setup but with some variance.
Regarding the rabid squirrel: Actually that's a Los Angeles Gang Squirrel. If you go back and check his baseball cap, you can read the hand-lettering under the bill, "Suicidal Tendencies".
Be aware, and be careful.
Again, seriously: I really like to see these videos, but I worry that those who make them may be paying a little too much attention to the video and what's happening with it vs. what's happening around them. Ride safe, and post more good stuff!

I understand, you also want to see the right one? :)

Well, a 4 camera shoot is too much for a bike. If it were a movie with a plot, then ok. But my objective is just to share (ok, show off!) my rides and the place I have been. I still have the HiDEF camera on my mind. It will be like being there. I could get my fix for riding even when there is 2 feet of snow outside! Turn a fan on, put my helmet on and sit real close to the TV!
Speaking of HiDef videos on a bike, anyone know if there are any out there? I would love to see one.
I don't even think about the camera when I am riding. At one point in the begining, at a light, I dropped my arm in the way and it takes a couple of seconds to remember the camera.
Speaking of the ram mount I don't have, Does anyone know what I need from their site to make this work? When I look at the web page, and try to figure what I need, my head starts spinning...
