Which aftermarket bulbs are the best?

I see there's a OSRAM and a Phillips bulb out there that increases the output light by 50%. Any suggestions which to get?

I decided on the Phillips and put a review (HERE (http://www.st-owners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1780)), I like them a lot.

I inSTalled a Sylvania Cool Blue (3700K) after losing a Silver STar (4000K) and I can't see the difference in color or output. What I can see is the $ in my pocket ;)

I have the Osram Silverstars, and they are WAY bright. These are European bulbs.

You can read about them here. This site also compares them to the Vision Plus bulbs(from a test by Auto Express, a UK auto publication).

Sylvania and Osram are the same company.
