In case ya didnt know, the fine Oxtar Infinity boots are again in production and is being sold here in the US.
I would just hate not being able to get a new pair of Infinities (http://www.newenough.com/boots/waterproof_sport_street_touring_boots/oxtar/infinity_gtx_motorcycle_touring_boots.html) when my current pair wear out.

Yikes! $269

For that price I'll stick with ny TourMaster Solution boots. Nice looking though.

Just curious...why choose the Infinity over the Matrix. I've not worn either, but have a pair of Matrix on the UPS truck to my house.

I ordered a pair of the Matrix and wore them around the house for a day and just didn't like them at all. The toe was too pointed, the heel was too thin and made me feel like I was going to twist my ankle over and they were pretty thin in the protection department around the ankle. I sent them back and eded up getting a pair of the Infinity and they are GREAT boots. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them.

Don't have time to go into the whole thing here at work, but search for Infinity or Matrix and you will see a post by me with thoughts on each.

I have 1 pair of Matrix which,,, has been over,,, 80,000 miles,,, 1 wreck,,, 4 trips to Sturgis walking around,,, and also as far North as Jasper in Canada... I love them...

I have a "New" pair that I rode out to my Crash site in Montana,,, and scuffed them up good...:(

Polished,,, and ready to go again... Only problem is,,, I have the original Oxtars that are still good,,, and I am not sure I will ever wear them out...

You know you want these too  Get them in a size 10.5 or 11... they don't fit  I'll take them off of your hands for $100 :p:

Thanks for the info
I prefer a kinda dual sport boot with a real sole, and thought my only option was the
Gaern Explorer,

wasn't happy about it being "water resistant"
Oxtar Infinity it is.

Sounds EXACTLY like what I would do too... EXCEPT,,, I would only ask $80,,, that is my normal "Loss Ratio"... ;)
