hmmm......
I'm thinking over both:
1) Metamorphia Street Boots
http://www.sierratradingpost.com/p/,75925_Motophoria-Street-Boots-Vortex-Water-Resistant-For-Men.html
and
2) Marsee Ultra Pocket QL Tank Bag

Anybody have any experience with these????
Found them from an email on the LiST:

I like the Marsee bag.... I've heard good things about them. Never used one myself. Seems like a decent price.
I bought a Givi T-429 magnetic this week and do not like like it for a couple of reasons: Too wide, with my Heli's I have to practically mount it 1/2 on the seat to avoid hitting the starter or the horn, the inside is featureless, just a big empty gag. Even my mini Cortech has neat pockets, holders, key chains, etc. built into it. It supposedly can be used as a knapsack due to extra straps. A silly gimmick in my mind that only adds bulk. I went to a Honda dealer today to look at tank bags and hopefully try a couple of them on an ST on their floor. Lousy selection of bags, some did not even have map pockets and even worse no ST in showroom. But they did have a brand new 06 Concourse for $7K and change.
Who has a great tank bag that fits with risers? Help please.

I went ahead and bought both. They arrived today.
Just installed the tank bag on my ST1100. It's much larger than the old cheapie I had used for years. Definite upgrade. Don't know that I'll ever expand it, and most certainly won't ever use all its space. It came with a mat that attaches via the usual snapping strap connects. The bag sits on top of that mat and stays in place pretty well with two pieces of velcro holding it. However, it also has one zipper on each side that zip the bag to the mat. Purported to be "quick disconnect", but I'm not sure yet. Quality seems good. It's a four strap deal versus my old three strap...and that already seems better as the ST1100 seems designed to hold four straps. Since the bag is oval, so is the map case. Because of that oval shape, the opening for insertion/removal is not full width. On the up side, the map case zips to the top of the bag and is easily reversable. I'd like to find a water bladder to fill the bottom of the bag for use rather than a CamelBak. Suggestions?
The boots are for my wife. She's not really thrilled. They look like decent quallity to me. We purchased her mens size 8. She normally wears womens 8.5, but says she can't apply the usual 1.5 size difference (equating to mens 7) as mens arches seems to run lower. She's please with the fit in the arch/instep but has a bit too much toe room. These boots have velco on both sides with zippers on one side. This allows flexibility in fit up the calf. Hers are large, so this is handy. I'm basically looking to improve her level of protection while on the bike, so I'm pleased with the boots. If she needs to pack some sneaker for wear at destination, so be it.
Thanks to Linda Lambert over on the LiST for the initial info.

I figure this is so late in answering you have already made a decision. But in case you haven't, remember to get a bag that will allow you to get lock to lock on your handle bars without bumping your buttons.
