Thursday night accommodations pre-Nestoc

Two NESTOCers from Ottawa plan to ride only as far as Long Lake, NY (in Adirondack Park) on Thursday and stay at the Adirondack Hotel (http://www.adirondackhotel.com/) that night.

Obviously Long Lake is really only a couple of hours from Cobbleskill, but I'd lake to stay at this landmark hotel once -- just for the experience.

Any others interested?

That's one of many great old places in the Dacks (I grew up there)... take the plane ride, you can't really appreciate the area until you see it from the air, it's beautiful!

That's an idea, Greg. However, the hotel website makes no mention of any association with the plane flights. Would you happen to know any contact info?

Dave... sorry man, didn't see your reply 'til now. Call the Hotel, I don't remember how it went down, but we were able to make it happen as a spur of the moment thing, he docks right across the road and maybe completely independant... may not be there anymore at all, been a few years, but there has always been a plane there for as long as I can remember.
