I wear the titanium grey N100E (sorry previous posts I mistakenly said N102:nuts1: ). The other day I was cleaning the lenses and apparently re-installed the visor incorrectly:shrug2: , because on my next ride I noticed my shield was not closing properly. I took the visor apart to find the small spring-loaded pin part broke. I've searched many web sites and can not find a definite replacement. The closest is: http://www.nextag.com/n100e-pivot/search-html but I don't know for sure. Anyone have any experience? Thanks in advance.
 
Nolan is good with freebie parts. The question for John is do they ship to Bosnia? Ask them.
 
If there's an issue getting it there, let me know. I've got a white (right or left) one you can use until you can get a titanium one.
 
+1 Nolan! I received a reply the same day. The replacement is in the mail (to my APO) as warranty replacement. Thouroughly pleased since I fully suspect it was my fault the part broke in the first place.

Thanks to SteveST1300, too. I found Nolan's email after following up on the link he posted after I'd broken my "visor bolt"
