Saw a really nice v-strom 650

This fellow had a V-strom 650 with a nice tank bag, but he also had these bags that hung down below the tank bag, off the sides of the faring.

The tank it's self looked like it had a protective nylon cover, and the whole system didn't look like it would be in the rider's way at all.

Back aft, he had Givi hard bags, and top case. The givi bags look the best on the V stroms I think. And this bike looked like a fantastic little mule that could really be a great get around.

I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to what brand those nylon side bags were.

I really like the V-Stroms. I'd like to have the 650 as a second bike to kick around on. May have the 1000 some day as primary bike, just to see how it does.

Really enjoying my 650.Rode up to the mountains last week.400 miles of backroads & dirt roads I knew from my Jeep days and some I had never been on.Lots of fun and 58 mpg!(16T counterspocket)
