Hi Mello,
What time of year did you take this trip in Arkansas?
Is the summer too hot to ride the Three Sisters?
Write if you have time,
Brian

Brian, I did Arkansas in May and June of 2003, it was warm during the day and comfortable in the morning.. Work summer perf gear.

I've done the Kerrville area (Three Sisters 335,336,337) all times of the year. Yup, it's Texas and in the summer it gets hot.. But, we're just used to it. That area has lots of places to stop and get a quick drink of water while on a break. As long as you get an early start and stop frequently for water you'll be fine.

If you plan on being in the area, let us know and we'll all try to hook up.

Shhhhhhhhhh!
I like having it to myself :D
From my house to where I get on 341 just north of the town of 56,
is about an hour and a half. The roads I take to it are loads of fun too.
It always cracks me up the liquor store there at the 341 junction, in the
middle of nowhere. (Baxter county line)
Hwy 14 coming up from Sylamore is fun too.
58 from Melbourne to Guion is a hoot.
Then 14 straight up to 341.
Been doing this for years and hav'nt gotten tired of it yet.
I still rate 341 the best road in Arkansas.
But I'm always searching for better.
