I bought a couple tubes of this grease as I feel, like the Valkyrie, the drive splines are the biggest weakness (if you really want to call it a weakness) of the ST1300, possibly same for ST1100?.

Using this stuff is probably overkill and a waste of money over molly but a tube goes a long way and I've barely use much of the first tube in 26k miles and 4 or 5 tire changes.

I saw the link about it at Mark Lawrence's site here:
http://motorcycleinfo.calsci.com/Consumables.html#Splines

Since I don't have any idea of the comparison, maybe someone could post a pic of their driven splines from a bike with similar mileage and which has only used molly, and I could post mine to see if there's any benefit to using this high dollar alternative.

It seems the general feeling of most ST11 owners I have read from on forums and liST is to use Honda Moly 60 Paste ONLY. I plan to follow the wisdom of others who have had ST's in the field for hundreds of thousands of miles. *shrug*

Riders of other brands are using Honda paste.(and Honda polish)
I've had the same tube for 85K miles on a Valk and 62K on this one. It is getting low tho' 8) How much is that per mile? :-)
