I just recieved and installed some 3" bar risers from Sampson Sport Touring on my ST1100. The roads are covered in snow and ice today so I didn't get to try them out, but sitting on the bike they feel really nice. It brought the stock bars up about 2" and back an inch and a half or so, and feels way more comfy. No weight on my wrists and more upright. Actually, alot like my sabre (which is very comfortable, BTW), but alittle more roomy. The risers are a wrinkle finish black and look good- at least they don't draw attention to themselves. Easy installation- took about an hour or so, and I had to reroute the clutch mc hose, by just passing the mc through the fork and remounting. Planning a few more mods to clean up the installation, then I'll post some pics. Also, a full report when I actually get to ride the thing. Samson Sport Touring has several other items for ST's. Judging by this one, the quality seems good, and the price was not bad in comparison with other options-$109 plus shipping.

Today was the first chance I've had to try out the risers, and I'm still very pleased. The position is much more comfortable, and the risers look good. Nice product! I'm still working on a farkle that involves the bars- will post pics when it's all finished.
