Honda East of Toledo

Just wanted to pass on that Honda East of Toledo has the best prices on bikes of just about any place - anywhere. I got an 02 Yamaha R6 there in the summer of 02 at rock-bottom price. Since then, I have turned members of the R6Messagenet and the R1-Forum onto the dealer and there have been around 20 people from each forum to buy from there. They seem to ship bikes fairly cheap as well.

I AM NOT connected to this dealer in anyway, infact I live 4 hours away. I just got a great deal and pass along the info to everyone I can. Ask for Ed Cutcher and tell him Number9 sent you.

I bought my ST1300 from Honda East. I had to order in the spring of 2002, put down $500 and then wait until the day before Thanksgiving to take actual delivery of the bike. Of course it snowed on Thanksgiving day and my new toy then sat in the garage unridden for the next three months. Because I was one of the early buyers of the ST1300, I paid full list price. Early on there were no discounts. I have not had any reason to be sorry for the price, I love the ST1300.

My ST1300 was the first delivered by Honda East and I was impressed on the day I picked the bike up by the enthusiasm of all the mechanics for this new bike. It was the first one they had seen and worked on and they were drooling over the bike as they explained all of the features on the ST1300. They even showed my how to find the oil filler hidden in the value cover.

I had my initial service done at Honda East and was satisfied by their service. I have done all other service on the bike myself since then. I need to call them and set up my recall appointment. :(

I would recommend the dealer where I bought my ST. Vetesniks in Richland Center WI (vetesnik.com). It may be in the middle of nowhere but it is one of the biggest, if not the biggest dealer in Wisconsin. This is my first new bike in a long time but my BIL has bought three sport bikes from them in the last couple of years. The price was good and they usually have an ST sitting on the floor ready to go. The best part is, they allow test rides on the new STs.

Bought my '04A at Honda East also. Great place, great people. Saved ~$2000 since no one in NJ would budge off MSRP. Trailered it home & now am spending $$$ on farkles.

Check cycletrader.com. Honda East posts all their current prices there for all the bikes they sell. I think they are out of 2005's, though. Check this out:
