brake light

I just bought a Givi top box and wanted to hook up the brake light. Can anyone tell me which wire to use?

I used the wires that go to the existing brake light. I dont remember the color. The wiring was easier than getting the connections on the Givi lights to work . I ended up cutting the Givi connetions off and soldering the wires to the lights. Once that was done the rest was easy.

On the '03, green wires are ground, Green w/ Yellow Stripe for the brake light, and Brown w/ White Stripe for the tail light.

I ran a "jumper" from down around the tail-light up under the seat rather than undo the harness and searching. Put a water resistant quick-connect plug on it.

Hope I don't have to redo it after the recall!

Thanks for the replys. It looks like rain this weekend so I will hook lite sup then.
