My low beams don't seem high enough even with the electrical dash adjustment set all the way up. Can the lights be mechanically adjusted higher?

Service manual pg 3-22 shows the proceedure and 22-5 shows a pretty good pic of the adjuster. The directions to turn the adjuster are bass akwards..CCW for up is correct.

Don't tell me you don't have 'the book' 8)

Thanks guys. Yeah, I have the book but made an assumption that Honda limited the travel to what was available electrically. I figured getting more was going to be a hack. I should have looked first

I prefer them as high as I can get away with 99% of the time. When people start flashing me, I'm too high.

Just a FWIW. The manual adjustment should be done with the electric adjuster near the full up or highest position. This way when/if you ever do load the bike up and add a pillion, you'll still have enough downward adjustment to compensate for the resulting increased beam hight.

Is that looking at the adjuster from the bottom, or the top???
