Hi Dond,

That's a Mag-Knight magnetic tank protector. I have one also. The picture doesn't do it justice because they fit very well. I really like having mine because I never have to worry about it. It takes a little bit of effort to get it to fit perfect but once it's on you never have to worry about it except to lift it from time to time to clean underneath it.

They sell a color match silver but no blue. They had it but it wasn't a close enough match and they had a lot of returns so they pulled it.

Paul,

The "tuning block" as it is called, is just a wedged shaped metal bracket that allows for a slightly more rearward mounting angle.
The HD beverage cooler works great as long as you drink slow, but you look cool. The pictures. Thanks for the interest.
