Just took a little ride today, and thought I'd share.
I rode the ST:

Down Hwy 50:

Stopped here:

Caught some of these (not big but the first of '05!):

On these:

Then rode this (CO 69 aka Texas Creek International Speedway). Took it easy, the sand snakes were ridiculous.:

And this (a county road), back to home.

If you have never been to Haydukes home town or
area, you need to pass through that area,
Salida is in a bowl, literally surrounded by mountains...

I'm not that far away. What's a non-resident fishing license cost in CO?

If there's no ice on the road and the bike will start, it's a ridin day.

COLDOUGHBOY, how long have you lived in Parker, One of my best friends and his wife use to live in Parker, both rode ST1100s.

I have lived in Parker for about 4 years but have only been riding for two. I would love to find someone close that rides 1100 or 1300. I am surrounded by cruisers.

Hayduke. That brings back memories. I'm sure I parked in front of that same store your bike is in front of ! That's when I was working there and in a car unfortunately - I am very envious. Have you ever been up Pikes Peak on the bike ? Is it even possible given the sub-zero temps. Never though about it before but I drove up in the car it was awesome
