BOLO---Tar Strips

I've noticed since the temps are hitting high temps, those tar strips are getting nasty. Here in Ohio they like to repair roads until it's more tar than concrete or asphalt. Just reminding everyone to watch the curves that are sunbaked with lotsa tar.
