OK Folks,
I have tried searching and searching and can't seem to find the post I wanted. I know ConqSoft installed the powerlet in the plastic cover between the bars and I've found that. BUT, I thought I remembered someone installing a Ram ball with a plate going across the bolts that mount the plastic cover. That is what I'm looking for.
I'd just like to know if it was a purchased piece of if it was a personal fab unit. If I have to make one, I will, but would prefer to buy it and get going quicker!

This is the thread I remember about bolting ramball over the plastic cover. It worked well for me.

I bought a ram mount made for handle bar with U bolt with it. drop the U and the mount matched right up with the two small screws holding the plastic plate on and used long bolts..... seems pretty steady.. I mount a Iway600. I have used it for some time now and I'm pleased with it.

Yep, same thing I did with the stock plastic cover. That's the same RAM base I use with my MCL Riser Plate setup as well. Works great.
