Went to CTC and bought a new jack for the ST , that I very rarely want to use. The regular price was 159.99 on sale for 59.99 + taxes:) :)

While I like the idea of those (and the price) I worry about the stability once raised.

I think I will opt for a table type where the moto can be strapped down.

I wonder if Dewalt makes one?

Harbor Freight and Pep Boys both have table lifts at an affortable price ie: $249.00 on sale now.

Used mine a couple of days ago to pull the wheels and had no problems with bike feeling secure.
I removed the lower fairings and by using a small board for a spacer it seemed rock solid. It came with some pretty hefty straps to tie it to the jack, but didn't feel the need to use them.
