There was a bit of talk last night in the chat room about M/C covers for touring. I've had the E-Z Touring Traveller "A" model for about 6 years now and highly recommend it if you're looking for a light/compact touring cover.
One retailer and info. can be found Here (http://www.mredsmoto.com/neat/eztour.php3) Tightly packed, mine measures 8" X 8" x 3".

We've still got a couple of feet of snow up here. The bike hasn't moved since mid November. Besides, Canadian bikes don't leak....... that was a US only option. :p: :oilleak1:

Doesn't appear you have a top box on there and this one seems too small. What would you recommend with the box always mounted?

I had a real sun burn issue with my HD so I decided to try and find a cover that was UV protective and waterproof. The Nelson-Rigg UV Cover does a very good job although it is not a top to bottom full cover however it will cover the top box.

I got the Large version but the Extra-Large might cover the saddlebags with a top box on. Basically I don't care a lot about the waist down, I just wanted to keep the sun off the dash and controls area where all the black plastic starts to fade after a few years. It packs down small and comes with it's own little carrying case that has a velcro strap on it to secure it around something if you want when storing it.

Here's a link to it:

Now it pictures a sport bike with a smaller cover but there is a link there to show a Wing with their larger cover. I like that it has elastic loops on the sides. They pull down just far enough for me to hook them on the footpegs so it's snug. There's also a velcro strap in the front to snug it up around the fairing.

I can always wax and buff the paint but getting black plastic to stay black is a PITA. Great cover, light weight, packs small, elastic and velcro to secure it, UV protection and waterproof, it's own carrying pouch, and not too badly priced at $40.

That's my 2 cents FWIW.
