I took my bike into the dealer (Richmond Motorsport, Near Vancouver, B.C.) today for the ground connector recall and to have them investigate the typical small coolant leak. Luckily they did not find damage to the harness and replaced the offending ground connector.
However, they did trace the leak trail back to a loose hose clamp in the "Vee", which was convenient, as they had that area mostly exposed anyway. Tightening it seems to have cured the leak.
They did the job while I waited, which was great.
