Hi everybody,

I am new here and my english is not very good  In a few week I will add Honda heated grips, alarm system and a 12v powerlet for my heated jacket. So my question is, do I need a power plate or not? I dont think I will add other farkles. ok maybe a mc cruise control next year. :)

Thank you.

I'm one of those guys who's been burned a few too many times by trying to take the simplest way out. I'd assume you'll make a couple of additions needing power and I'd install a power plate now. One of the nice extras is a switched connection to your battery tender that automatically disconnects it when you turn the ignition on. They say it will help prevent frying your battery.

Good luck.

John
