I just ordered my Hondaline Top Box for the ST1300! Man, I can't wait to get it in! :D :)
Not farkle related but: Glendale PD in Arizona is looking like their whole motor division is switching over to ST1300. I'll keep you informed and post up pic if it's true.

K9,
You'll love the top box. It looks great on the bike. The spoiler is a sharp addition too. The L.E.D. brake light is a mandatory safety feature. At least that's how I justified the $1000. You can't put a price on safety! ;)

Hi Rick.
Well I just picked up my ST1300 today so I am already in a good mood! Grin.
Anyway, do you mind if I ask where you purchased it and how much? I am already ordering parts to start modifications and the topbox is high on my list. Would be nice to know where people are getting them from.
Thanks!
Dave...

Well your off to a good start then with the top box. I just love mine and never take it off the bike. Got mine from David Silver Spares in England.

Yeah I agree Dave. I never remove mine. Just too much convenience there. I keep everything in mine. 'cept helmets. Those go in the saddlebags.
I went to the supermarket and bought 15 two liter bottles of soda once....oops.....that's POP to you guys up there. Was able to bring em all home in the top box and saddlebags. Why, you ask? We were having a party and forgot to get the soda so I had to make a last minute trip. If I go anywhere alone and the weather's nice, I'm taking the ST.

As you can see by my avatar, I have it all on the top box. And i like it! Do a google search and check everybody's price. I think Cruiserbackrest is best right now, although if you call another supplier you can sometimes deal with them. After all they want the sale, why not give you the best price. That's what I did with Sport Touring Accessories. Right now they are probably the highest, but give them a call and tell them what you'll pay.
Today:
Box $549
Spoiler $429.99
Harness $46.50
Armrest $94.99
I paid less. Their wiring haness lets you tap into both tail and brake circuits so that the spoiler light is dim on tail and bright on brake. It's cool.
I think the price of the spoiler is outrageous, :money1: but what are you going to do if you really really really really really want it :a13:

Yes between the top box and side bags there is not much you can't carry home on the ST. I use mine a lot for work if its just visiting clients to do estimates and things but have no problem stopping at Lawblaws to get the groceries with all that storage space.

I got home last night and it felt like Christmas. My Staintunes were in along with a powerlet and adapter for my Garmin 2610. I am hoping that when I get home tonight the 2610 will be there. Pipes are already installed. A vast improvement in sound I left the baffles out for now I will see how it is when I get to ride the beaST again still pretty cold and snowy here in the North East. Tonight I will install the luggage rack on my GIVI top box. The powerlet will go in this weekend.
SPRING IS ONLY 2.5 weeks away!!

Good for you. Watch out for them Honda special nuts that they call them. The special thing is if you drop them down in they disappear

Rick, how could you do this to me. The cheap side of me says go with the GIVI. But your pictures say, "You really want me , don't you?" The Hondaline topbox looks sooo fine, good choice Rick. Whose idea was it for the pictures?

Yep. Not to knock the Givi box but the Honda one just goes with the bike so nice.
