Hello all-

I was wondering if there is an organization like the Blue Knights for guys that ride something other than cruisers. A sport touring PO club? Should we start one?

Sounds good to me. I'm one of the very few that doesn't ride a Harley in my Blue Knights Chapter, so I'm swimming in a sea of loud pipes on every ride.

We have a Blue Knights chapter out here and an outlaw biker look-a-like club called the Lords of Loyalty -- no Sports Touring group that I know of. Both groups fly their colors (vests, rockers & back patches) -- something I won't do...

We could model it after a scooter group here in Austin........... They have press on tatoos,gather at a coffee shop and used book stores,wear cardigan sweeters and call themselves...Piston Broke........:cool:

No offense - I agree; sport riding to me means the occasional double yellow pass and sporadic speed excess. Just what I want to do - advertise my JOB while doing it.........

The alternative - Obey - "All the codes all the time" appeals about as much as the proverbial "kiss my sister" :D!

I belong to Ca ChapterVII out of Oakland, although a lot of guys do ride cruiser type bikes, there are still a bunch that ride sport bikes, most BMW I'm the only one that I've seen on a ST:biker:
