Holler out from the Bikeguy
Normally I don't talk about anything to do with firearms on an open forum, so lets make this short.
Depending on what you are going to shoot at -- if skeet, then you are going to use an improved choke and 7 1/2 or 8 shot shell. If trap, same kind of shell, different choke - modified or full.
If you are going to hunt, a 4 or 6 shot and a 2 3/4 inch shell high base.
If you are going for birds, big birds - ducks, geese - you are going to use any where from a 2 to a 4 shot and a 3 inch shell or better with a full choke or extra full.
I could go on, but that is it.
Good luck.

Yes, a little more info is needed....
What are you planning on doing with it for starters, home defense, hunting, skeet, lot's of choices.

Nothing. Which is probably why he posted it on the Off Topic Board.

Maybe they both relate to hunting for a good time?
I'd saw about 12" off the barrel, 6" off the stock, wrap it with duck tape and keep it under my seat in the car:wink:
NICE SHOTGUN!!!!

I am going turkey hunting, I should have posted that in the beginning. I knoe the size of shell and shot, i was looking more for brands that you all might have had tighter patterns with beretta chokes.

H&K makes a really nice side by side with beautiful wood, and has modern chokes for it. It's a nice gun, and is friendlier looking if you should see anyone else out there than the Beretta might be.
When I used to hunt, I only used "traditional" looking arms. Like single or double BB shotguns, or bolt action H&K, or steyr mannlicher rifles.

Briley makes great chokes. I have a set in my sporting clays gun. They offer a wide variety (flush mount, extended, color coded, etc.) Don't remember the url, but your search engine will find them. Call them if you have questions, they're extremely knowledgable. Good ole Texas boys gone high tech.

I'm guessing 4 shot or larger for them turkeys. When I say larger it is larger shot which is actually a smaller number. 4 is the largest shot I've ever used and I didn't get a turkey. I had no excuse either I had my shot gun with me but I acutally used a .232 cal and I missed. However I'm sure they make a 2, BB and T shot for shot guns. I'm going pheasant hunting in North Dakota, October 13th. We use 6 shot for the pheasants. I don't know the Beretta models. My father has 2 fairly new Beretta's. Ones a 12 and ones a 20 Gage, both are over and under with simulated wood synthetic stock. Very light guns. I know in cold weather people have problems with semi auto shot guns jamming. Most shot guns come with 3 different chokes.

Mine came with 5 chokes actually. But 2 of them are some type of "optimized" beretta deal, i will ahve to read and see what they mean. I know they are not for steel shot.
OK... you wanna get some turkeys??? We have many turkey's around us. They won't even get outa the way on the road when you come upon them in the car.....
Fish net: $8.00

Look on everyone's face that drove 400 miles and spent $1200 on a new shotgun to go hunt turkey's and didn't get any?:  PRICELESS!!!!!
(Sorry Danny, I just HAD to do it!)

I have a Benelli Super Black Eagle II and I think it shoots similar to the Extrema. I'm not a pro with turkey, but there is a TON of info on the internet. Just google turkey hunting and you'll get plenty. Also, call Beretta and ask them, they'll know.
