Yes, it's off topic. Has anyone changed the HEPA filter in their Accord before? I'm trying to figure out how hard a job this is to do. Figure it prolly needs it since my 2001 has never had it done...
Not a Honda, but in our Grand Caravan, it is behind the glovebox. Very easy to get to by removing the glovebox. I'm sure Honda also makes if very accessable.

I've got a 99 Accord and printed out step by step instructions from an Accord forum (don't remember which one) it was a nightmare so I took it to the dealer. Maybe your 2001 is easier. My neighbor has a Camry which only involved two screws inside the glove box.

On the Monte Carlo you have to put the windshield wipers in the vertical position, remove the cowling and voila.
Accord doesn't seem to bad either....

Mine's a bit older than that. I did find the procedure. Have to remove center lower dash, passenger lower dash, and glove box to get to the filters.
Anyone know why I'd want charcoal filters in there rather than just the normal ones? The charcoals are easily twice the cost.

Changed it in my Subaru. Had to remove the glove box, but otherwise it wasn't too difficult.
Don't wait too long. The first time I did it, it looked like a science experiment.
Did your filter come with instructions?
