60 and cloudy this morning when I left the house with a gentle rain. Power was out last night and messed up the clocks so I got up late:o4: ! I hate that! 69 as a high with the rain tapering off!
Have a great day all!!!

42 degrees, no rain forecast, but plenty of work. Colorado is really starting to get beautiful with the leaves, so I need to get up there this weekend! And now, for my second cup of coffee...

Greetings and palpitations!
Looks like it's going to be another warm one, but since it's almost October, I'm not complaining!
No coffee, but having a nice cup of Cinnamon Roll oatmeal.

The moon is full and the morning is dry and beautiful.
The coffee is excellent and the cinnamon apple granola w/yogurt is tasty.
Ride safe!

69 degrees 86% humidity, done with coffee, walk, and waffle. Supposed to be scattered thunderboomers today. Absolutely soaked after my walk this morning and it didn't rain!!!

Morning all. 42deg on the porch at the casa when I left, suppose to get into the lower 80's. Installed the insulation in my motogp overpants this morning, it was just a little cool coming in yesterday. Plugged in this morning too. Don't know what the windchill is at 80 mph, with it being in the low 40's I jus' know that it's getting pretty nippy.Pinon coffee from the Stanley will start the day but it'll be a short one....gotta go home and fix a broken pipe in the wet wall of the main bath this afternoon. Geeezzz! I hate plumbing work.
Have super day and please ride safe.

Warm here this AM. Not too warm to enjoy my coffee, however. I got my heated grips installed and it is almost 80 degrees this AM so I don't think I need them today. Maybe if I buy some new snow skis I will be able to ride the ST all winter!

Heya.
I tried to post here about 3 or 4 hours ago, it wouldn't let me play. I'm just back having my 8th or so cup:)
Good to see everybody's smiling face. Warming up slowly in Yuma, wonderful weather. High of 94º today.

Good morning all. Was a beautiful commute in this morning. Headed due west with a big full moon posed over the horizon. Until I get my bike back from servicing, the temp doesn't matter. Coffee is drank and being drunk. Hummm good!

I saw you Monday heading south on I-25, Ed.
I got into work at 6:30, only to return home by 7:30.
Wasn't the moon gorgeous this morning?
I have class in Socorro at 2pm. I won't ride because I can't bear putting the longness and straightness of that 170 miles round trip on my new tires twice this week, with no chance of twisties this weekend.
In the mean time, I am having coffee and trying to find ideas for my senior thesis in tehcnical communicaiton.
Any ideas?

Morning, all. Coffee is good.
51º going to only 85 today. Beee-u-T-ful!
Researching auto insurance as Liberty Mutual is screwing us on the rates. Any recommendations?

Tom I'm sure giving it a yeoman's effort. :crackup
George check Progressive. Have them on the bike and car. Bike left me stranded last year and they send not one but TWO flatbeds to ensure the bike was loaded properly. They do contract their roadside but nonetheless they have excellent customer service. Even if they're not rock bottom dollar their CS is worth the few extra pennies IMHO.

Morning All! :hat1:
It was a cool 59 leaving the house and a warm? 65 in San Burn-arse-dino. Should get up to the low 90's today! :sun1:
Traffic was backed up like crazy and I had a Riverside County Firetruck (pickup type) almost take me out when he decided to cut me off and slam on his brakes when the traffic came to a screaching halt! :22yikes: Thanks goodness go great brakes on the ST! :)
I have all the maintenance done on the ST for Friday's track day. Tonight I need to get everything together and take it to my son's so he can just come to my office and pick me up tomorrow. That way we can get up there before midnight!
Oat:puk1: was 1pkg Peaches & Cream, 1 pkg Regular and I added some raisins just for the yeck of it!
Youu all ride safe!

Yeah... the folly for large computer/networking companies to make networking systems to telecom company driven "international specifications".
The companies get on board the specifications early and then loose their shirts for 2 reasons:
1) Telcomm product life cycles are extremely long; leading to development costs now and IF there is a revenue stream it is multiple years down stream (not good for stock prices!)
2) Final specification adoption invariably leads to absolutely no profit margin being available to the early producers of the specified products.

That would be fantastic for my business management courses, but I have finished those.
I'm on my third cup o'joe and just noticed I misspelled 'technical' and 'communication'.
I'm on myway to a fantastic career!
My thesis has to do with TC, rhetoric, etc. Similar to my paper a while back on the media's use of language for reporting auto accidents vs. motorycle accidents.
Or something.

Late morning call-in,
Another night of rain and today looks like more of the same. Looks like it'll be here through the rest of the week with a possible break during the weekend. Gonna put another pot of fresh ground Jamaica Blue on. It's about the only thing that'll cheer and warm me up.

Unbelievable! See what happens when you become an ST owner, join ST-Owners.com and start reading the coffee threads? Gotcha didn't it!! All those guilty feelings about drinking diet Coke when you post in the coffee threads and you're not really drinking coffee? That it??? Huh? Huh? :a13: :a13: :a13:

Spelling (you might want to switch to Firefox and load the spellchecker... you misspelled MC above!)
TC as in Telecommunications? You've hit a gold mine!!! If you have *any* questions I just might either have an answer or an industry source (marketing, sales or engineering)! :)
Is there some Cisco/Nortel bitterness Mark? :)
Nope. That is for all telecom companies world wide. Nortel isn't the worse by a long shot.

Yabbut your I-25 commute is Los Lunas to ABQ - mine is ABQ to Socorro or ABQ to White Sands!!!! You have the higher concentration of what few curves there are on that stretch.
It is nice before 6am. When I have to get to White Sands, I leave at 3:30am; when I have to be at the air base, I leave at 6. Talk about nice - esp. at 3:30am! I return home at the Big I rush hour. Talk about not so nice!
