I wanted to change, or at least clean the front brake pads/disc. I went to open the brake reservoir and I couldn't get the screw off. I must have been on steroids when I last tightened the screw. Needless to say, the aluminum screw started stripping. There's a little bite left, but not enough to remove the screw. Tomorrow I'll order some replacement screws and in the meantime, I'll try to figure a way to get the screw out. I've never seen one, but have heard of a special drill bit that takes broken screws out. Anyone with some experience or other ideas to share? TIA

I had exactly the same problem. I bought a kit from Sears that had the screw out on the very first attempt.
This is the kit. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00952157000P?vName=Tools&keyword=screw
I know you're in Bosnia and Sears may be a bit scarce there, but if you can find a set like that, it will get the screw out right without damaging anything else.
HINT: If you can find a set like that, use the smallest size bit first and work your way up. That's the way I went to minimize potential damage and the first one I tried pulled the screw.

Sears/Craftsman makes a pretty inexpensive kit. That is about all I know.
Hope you can get it out.

The one they mentioned works great.
If you don't have a sears near you, you can order it on line.... just will not be doing your brakes in the next few days.. :(

Actually, I did them anyway! My old pads were not that bad so I was able to squeeze them in without too much problem. My old pads were EBC and squeaked. I replaced them with OEM from Honda-Line.
