Boot rubber on my exhaust pipe!

I have gotten some of my boot rubber on the exhaust. It seems to have gotten rather hard from the heat. Any ideas on how to get this stuff off the exhaust?

Try some rubbing alchol.

You can try Never dull.

I get this all the time...size 13 boots...and I tend to move my foot around a lot. If you get the exhaust hot...you can rub it right off with fine steel wool.

Get the pipe hot and spray a little oven cleaner on it...works, then polish it out.

wrap an ice cube in a towel and rub when the pipes are hot
