chefmet, very nice and classy site..... Who's the owners? If they don't mind I'd like to add a 'sticky' in the northeastern (http://www.st-owners.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=85) forum just like I have with the Texas (http://www.st-owners.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=50) forum showing other local clubs.

I grew up in the Pocono Mountains of northeast PA and I can attest to that area having great motorcycling roads if you like twisties mixed in with hills/mountains and great scenery with little traffic.

I had the opportunity to ride with the stmc about two years ago. They meet every Sunday and cover about 250 miles. I was trying to find some folks to ride with. I did a search and discovered the stmc. Many of the members do a lot of track days. Because of my schedule, I am unable to ride on weekends. If anybody rides during the week in that area, let me know I would love some company. i am on the parkway at exit 135.

Chefmet- I'm in the town of Belvidere in northwest NJ (it's right on the Delaware river about 5 miles before Rt.46 west hits Rt.80) and love to ride out here.(Did 140 miles on Mon.- It was sooo nice out!) Being self-employed, it isn't too tough to sneek out. Some days I'll do my estimates/sales by bike. Keep in touch and we'll hook up. :biker:

If any of the listers get the chance to ride Pa route 125 from I-81 to Shamokin (via rte 25) you will think you're in ST heaven. There are many side roads that are too long to list but if anyone is interested and is in the area e-mail me and I will provide info.Great untraveled roads and lottsa curves and farm smells.

That sounds great. I have tried to me up with folks last year but was unable too. Hope we can meet up. Email me, Tuesdays and Mondays are good when I don’t have a golf outing.

I would be interested in any good back roads or for you to show them to me someday. Let me know.
