Uggh. I was just pushing it into the garage, and somehow, it tilted too much to the right, and, it just fell over, hard. But, only a scuff on the tipover wing, little scuff on the right pannier. I feel like such a dope. This is my second time.

Doo-doo happens!

Try a heat gun on the tip-over wing plastic--gently to avoid more serious damage. Touch-up paint, rubbing compound and a good polish may ease the pain on the saddlebag. I installed black rubber, 1/2" wide, self-stick moldings (Pep Boys) on my saddlebags after doing exactly what you experienced--will make the next time less traumatic.

Don't feel badly--you wouldn't even make the top 100 in "Dumbest Things Ever Done To My ST" contest.

If you would have had the Tip Over Bars, you would have no damage or scuff to the saddle bags. Those Tip Over Bars are worth their weight in gold and have already saved me once from almost the same kind of tip over. Nary a mark on the Saddle Bags!! The absolutely best farkle you can install.

My garage is so small it would stand up if tipped over! LOL. Here's your TOA...

ah, just looked at it again. No damage to the pannier. Just a big old smudge on the tip over wing thing. I'll just order a new one, actually two, since I got wax on them along time ago.
