I hope to be there!
This is an HSTA ride, I think there are several riders from the Columbus area meeting to ride down.

Jim,
I have a the Hondaline topbox on my 2005. Why do you ask? Unless it gets a lot warmer on Sunday I will be on the 1300 as opposed to the FZ1.
Our 2003 ST1300a has a backrest for the passenger and I would like to look at a 1300 with the topbox and let my wife check one out to make sure she would like the seating on one with the box. We're looking at adding one but if she isn't comfortable, she probably won't go for it.

I went down there in the spring and there aren't too many stretches of roads between you and Stockport that are straight!!!!

What a day for a ride! I was there! Really, I was! (photographic evidence follows) Just didn't have time to eat due to several factors. And I'm not sure where the HSTA/STOC bunch was hidden in the mill, but we went to the umpteenth floor and didn't find y'all. Is there a "secret" dining room?
Anyway, we left the casa late (sometimes I need a cattle-prod to get the 8yr old moving), I made a navigational error (WHEN will that tank bag get here??) but by doing so, ran a stretch of 555 that was sweet! So it was like, 1:00-1:10 by the time we arrived. Had to be back to Chilli-town (85+ miles) by 3:00 to take the munchkin-pillion to a Birthday Bowling Party.
We stood in line at the dining area, but it was going no where fast. So after a few minutes wait, we decided to take the "nickel tour" of the place. What a cool ol' place!! We grabbed some literature and a map, headed back to the bike, snapped a couple o pics and mounted up.
I am soooo sorry we didn't have time to stay and eat, but it was a GREAT ride! I haven't riden in that area before and boy, have I been missing it!
Showed the brochure from the mill to the SO, she says "So when are we staying there? Oooh, look, they have a massage room too!!!..." So there's a positive!
Alright, I've rambled enough! Here's the pics!

Sirepair,
We had to walk about a block away to eat.
The restaurant could not accomodate our numbers and told us it would be at least an hour so we walked across the main road to another small restaurant.
Sorry we missed you.
