With all the new forum members in the area, we need to meet up and put faces to handles. While not an official Ride-To-Eat due to the cold an unpredictable weather this time of year, this is an opportunity to have a coffee & bagel with fellow riders in the area.

When: Saturday, December 8th, 2007 @ 10 AM

Ahh crap I just realized thats a saturday, I work at the beemer dealer on saturdays from 10-4, I might be able to get off anyway or go in late (its getting to be a slow time of year anyway)

I wanted to meet up with some of you folks but I'm not able to make it that Sat. Maybe some other time. I probably would not ride because I don't like all the salt on the roads. I think Cargil is going to make good $ this winter.

Roads will be junky with slickness on top of leaves, so I'll be driving rather than riding.... but this is still on. :D

This is all about meeting up and not so much riding in because of the time of year..... sigh....

Bring the kids if ya have too! Pour hot cocoa in 'em & let them loose with a gameboy or some such! (The restaurant may also have free Wi-Fi as well, although last time I was there it wasn't functioning).

Ahhhhhh....... We won't hold it against him too much! ;)

Actually, that BMW dealership is a good one with great folks working there. The Beemer faithful would never be dissuaded just because one of the weekend techs rides a Honda! :D

Hey Dave even in the cages everyone will have a great time! Last week some of us met for dinner and the wives and kids out numbered us almost 2 to 1 what a great time we had ! You are completely right it's not so much about the riding as much as it is about friendships and socialing along with meeting new folks. See you in the spring

Being from Rochester originally ( I moved to California in 2003 ) I'm glad to see you guys still get out and get together in December no matter if it is in a cage or not. It is always good to share ST stories and pass the time in the winter months over a cup of coffee.
If you can ride Saturday be safe and look out for the black ice.

Yep... we all caged it in this morning. Roads were kinda clear (except the sidestreets), but wet and salty. Not good for bikes.

In attendance were: Jerry55, Routemiester, DeanR, myself, and a friend or Routemiester's from another list that rides an FZ1 (who needed to ride it a couple miles today to get it to his winter storage garage). Coffee was good, company and talkin' bikes was great!

Let's do it again in January, someplace different.

A January meeting sounds good to me - It's a way to beat PMS! It's a month away, but how about a Sunday meet, to give some of the Saturday workers a chance to join us. If we want to try some place different, I'd like to try the Leaf & Bean, 3240 Chili Ave, a block past Paul road. The owners, Bill & Will Scharvogel, are M/C riders (of the sporting variety). It's also the site for Thursday nite ride-ins, in season, of course.
