Two friends I ride with have these. They swear buy them! Yes they are more money but have good uses. Can be used in cold weather, very easy to slide over boots and are not slippery as sole is heavy and grips! One things that is a con is they don't pack small like some, but a small price to pay for the quality of them.
I just have not be able to bring myself to spend the 100 CND for them but swear evertime we stop and they slide these on while I blow a head gasket putting on my rubber type covers.
Some day......

Hello,
I bought a pair on my clothing allowance about 7 years ago. I wore them onduty, and now that I am retired, I wear them to blow snow and whenever its yucky outside. They wear very well, are easy to get on and off, are TOTALLY waterproof, fit well, are easy to walk in and last forever. Hope that helps, if not, feel free to email me.... Jeff

I've had a pair of these for years for car camping when it's really raining bad...but they've been in the barn for ages since I started bike camping. They're too big to pack. The soles are very large...probably 3/4 to an inch high and I'd hate to try to fit that sole into my shifter. Can't imagine it working over regular riding boots.
