Hi All,

I'm probably going to catch a lot of static on this one but my expierence with 2WheelInnovations was not a stellar expierence. On the positive side I did get what I ordered and they adjusted my order when I changed my mind about a part so in that respect they were responsive to my requests.

The thing I had noticed was that I found out one of the parts I had ordered was on back order but only after I emailed them to ask if they had received my order because I never received an email verifying they had received it. I called I think almost a week later when I hadn't heard from them.

I think they have some great products and I hope that my expierence was an isolated one.
