Hi, I have pulled the Powerlet heated gear off the site until I can take a trip this coming week to Texas and back to Ca. to evaluate it for quality and dependability. the reason I did this is as follows. I bought a pair of gloves and a jacket liner for myself for this trip and also placed a stocking order with Powerlet for heated gear in all sizes and genders. This morning I was putting on one of the two gloves and the liner came out of one of the gloves when I took my hand out. I tried for 10, 15 minutes to get it back in but could not get all the fingers back in straight. In the process I tore on of the fingers and decide to wait and see how the jacket performs first. I think the glove is a factory defect, but I need to talk to Powerlet first and since I am leaving Monday morning I will wait till I return to do so.

This in no way affects the rest of the powerlet products connectors etc. that I have on my web site. The quality on that line is second to none.
