Drat!!!! already placed mine, ofcouse this was my little order of "OOP's I forgot that" items :rolleyes: I wish I had this a while back. But on the lighter side, I have to say they do a pretty nice job of getting the stuff together and get it sent within a reasonable time table, and what I like is they let you know! I quit dealing with on-line business that don't communicate well.

You may want to ask some questions before ordering from this company, if you can get thru on the phone and if they will return your message. My experience was less than satisfactory. I called many, many times before getting thru to an answering machine to ask if a current coupon code had been issued. I never received a reply. I ordered anyway online and put a note in the comments about the coupon code from 2007. I received a message 5 or more days after the order that of the 2 items I had ordered (gloves and tank pad for ST1300) the gloves were discontinued and only the tank pad would be shipped. I received the tank pad yesterday order was placed on 3/19/08. I opened the box today and found that they charged the full $9.96 for shipping which would have been the same for both items. So my "great" deal on the tank pad ended up costing $48.36. I won't be making that mistake again.

I will have owned my baby for 3 years on May 25th and was planning on buying the extended warranty which my understanding is that you can purchase so long as you original warranty has not expired.

Did I get that correct?
