New (to me) and first ST in the stable. Just after off loading from the transport truck a few days ago. 2001 bone stock with 14.6K miles. Farkles being shipped as we speak. Also, a shot of my wife, riding partner, and the person who has only let me take it up and down the block twice (after severe begging). New helmets on order along with riding jackets - then I can ride it.

I've been "out" of bikes for 8 years, and can't wait to get back on the road.

Here's my favorite, I was on Deal's Gap and I knew there was a guy famous for taking everyones' pic and posting it. I saw some sportbike guys in front of me pointing and I just decided to throw out a peace sign and see if he caught it.... a few days later, on his site... www.killboy.com I saw the pic.

I know we've been here before, but how do I post phots and thumbnails? When I click on the icon to post a photo, it asks for some sort of dialog. I'm not totally computer illiterate, but I'm failing to grasp something here. Do I have to post photos on a website first, or what. I'm feeling sorta dumb here. Thanx.

I don't see a "browse" box. Just the icon to insert a picture. I wonder if I'm missing something on my screen?

OK! So I did some more looking around and found the "manage your attachments" section. I'll try this again. This photo was taken on a nice day the end of April, at the city park in Fossil, OR.

Here's a couple.

The one is of a little memorial that someone built for their family. It was extremely well built and was electrically wired for a recording and for night lighting.

The other is after the Minnesota 1000 this past weekend. Nevermind the helmet hair.

Dorian

kz, thats a great pic from the Minnesota 1,000. It goes along perfectly with your report you gave of the event a couple of days ago. What I like most about the pic, it shows a minimalist kind of rider... one that packs what he needs, dresses for nobody, and obviously rides for the ride. He is flanked on both sides by bulky Beemers with enough gear and attitude to ride to Alaska and back. I think I'd prefer riding with that ST dude. :bow1:

This pic deserves its own caption!

Dale,
